Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
As Nakshatra Gifts primarily delivers digital products (certificates, gift pages, horoscope reports), these are generally non-refundable once delivered. This is because digital products are immediately accessible and cannot be "returned."
2. Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- ✓Technical failure: Your order was paid but the gift was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- ✓Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order
- ✓Payment captured but order not created: Verified via payment gateway records
3. Physical Products (Luxury Package)
For the Luxury package, which includes physical delivery of a framed certificate, refunds or replacements are available if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@nakshatragifts.com with:
- • Your order ID or payment ID
- • Reason for the refund request
- • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)
We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment if the gift has not yet been generated. After this window, cancellations are not possible for digital products.
